Who is / where did Isebelle come from? She clearly has some supernatural abilities as well Waiting for the miasma to kill everything seems like more of a hassle than just making bubble cities. I dont understand why they wouldn't just bubble the remaining life to stop the miasma though. My best guess is some sort of self spreading chemical weapon created by ? not mother tho?
